Developed to prove an alternative method for the customers via Food Pre-Order System using Android Based Application in which customer is able to create the order before they approach the restaurant.
The sole purpose of this app is to make it easy for customers to make their orders and manage their time as well as to make service provider's days more productive.
The application front-end is built on technologies including the Eclipse IDE, Android SDK, XML, and JAVA, while the back-end utilizes apache tomcat server, spring web service, and MySQL Server database.
The functionality of the remote was choreographed by an Arduino ATMEGA 328P micro-controller and an ADXL 335 accelerometer. Wireless Transmission to control the Robot car remotely was attained by using X-Bee chips. The car was a simple kit composed of two DC motors and a chassis. An ATMEGA 328P microcontroller IC was used to control the function of the motors. The speed and direction of the car were controlled by specific commands sent to the motor controller. The car was also able to detect objects and avoid them, using Sharp Proximity IR sensors. The logic on the car is power with a 9V battery regulated to 5V, while the motors are powered by two AA batteries.
